Well, I live at sea level, and the gas here is not ethanol blended, I thought such exotic things only existed in california, but an additive could be the culprit, but I am not sure, what I am sure of is that it sucks to take the slide out every so often to wipe it clean with a rag just to have to do it again a few days later. I can live with it cause it only takes a few minutes to do, but it would be nice not to have to do it at all.
